Our return policy allows return or replacement only if you have received a damaged product. Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages. While we take great care to pack your product securely, due to the delicate nature of the material and potential rough handling during shipping, there's a small chance of damage. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly request you to record a video while unboxing your order. Please note that the video should clearly show the unopened package with labels intact, the process of unboxing it, and the condition of the product upon unboxing. This will simply help us verify the condition of the item upon arrival. Please note that any kind of edited or tampered videos will not be accepted for claims.
Return & Refund
In case you have received a damaged product it must be reported via email to ‘info@stonesymmetry.com’ along with the clear unboxing video, within 2 days of the delivery date. (Please refer shipping and return policy for detailed information).
We'll send you an email shortly once we've reviewed your claim.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup in 5 to 7 working days.
The item should be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging & invoice. Please note we will be requiring the original packaging along with any foam/cushioning inside the package for the safe return of the product, even if it is damaged or defected.
Upon receiving the product, we will process your refund within 2 to 3 working days (excluding public holidays).
